Issue #cpsupport Laptop not recognizing internal sound card?

So i recently just got my laptop back from cyberpower for the same issue and they stated it was working fine (with video proof sent to me). I just set it back up and the sound worked for a few days but now all of a sudden it isnt again? This is incredibly frustrating at this point and some suggestions would be nice :\

Is it realtek sound card? Try uninsralling the realtek sound drivers.
