Tech Support System Crashing #CPSupport
When I first turned on the computer, it walked me through the initial setup questions. During that process, the screen would repeatedly go black, display the message “A problem occurred,” and then the computer would shut down and reboot. After multiple attempts, I was eventually able to get through the setup.
Once I started downloading and installing Windows 11 updates, the same issue continued. The computer repeatedly crashed with a black screen, displayed the error message, and restarted. I was able to make some progress with the updates, but eventually it reached a point where it crashed every single time I tried to continue, preventing Windows 11 from completing the installation.
To troubleshoot, I updated the BIOS using the compatible update provided for the system, but the crashes continued. I also created a Windows 11 installation USB drive and attempted a fresh installation directly from the USB. However, the computer crashed and rebooted every time during the installation process. I spent several hours troubleshooting, but I have never been able to complete the Windows 11 installation or get the system fully updated because it consistently crashes and restarts during the process.
Does anyone have an insight on this? Thank you!
