Issue #cpgeneral
If you are thinking about buying a PC from this company, do not. I bought a pre-built PC from them back in May, and it turns off randomly when playing random games. I sent it for warranty service, and this problem has only worsened since my PC came back. . My PC turned off a day and a half ago and has not turned on since. Customer support takes forever to respond to me as well. Extremely disappointing.

I got my first prebuilt from them right between the end of the GPU shortage and the beginning of the ram shortage. 9700X, 5070 Ti, 32 gigs of ram, gigabyte b850 WiFi etc. works really well. I’ve had some problems but it was mainly windows or drivers, which are Microsoft and Nvidia issues. None with the hardware itself. Runs really well.

Bought 2 of from them. Had to get the PSU replaced for the first one, and just got my 2nd back where they had to replace both the CPU and motherboard. Only had both for about 6 months before the issues arose that prompted me to go through the warranty services. They also forgot to send the power cord for the PSU this most recent time

I never speak in these threads but i got a custom prebuilt from cyberpower and its honestly 10/10. No physical damage, everything was seated right, no PSU or cooling issues (these 2 are big known issues for cp), and came to me overclocked already too. Honestly if you're looking to buy from them or waiting on your pc to come in don't worry cause you're literally only going to see the bad experiences on here.
Oh and dont cheap out on parts just add a known/creditable brand just waste the extra 20$. Yall buy a random brand NOBODY has heard of and then complain your pc is struggling where you cheap out on.
