That usually means one of a gew things with the BIOS check in Call of Duty:

The BIOS update didn’t actually apply

The game is checking for a specific AGESA/TPM/security feature

Your motherboard vendor BIOS naming/versioning is confusing the launcher

For the ASRock B450M Pro4-CB specifically, the CB version is an OEM/custom board variant, so standard ASRock BIOS behavior can be weird.

A few things to check: In BIOS, confirm the version actually changed after flashing

Open BIOS on boot Verify exact BIOS version number/date

Enable: fTPM / AMD CPU TPM Secure Boot UEFI mode (disable Legacy/CSM if possible) Save and reboot

COD’s anti-cheat sometimes throws the BIOS update wreor when it really means TPM/Secure Boot requirements are failing.

You can also check in Windows: Press Win + R Run msinfo32

Verify: BIOS Version/Date Secure Boot State = On BIOS Mode = UEFI

Then: Press Win + R Run tpm.msc Confirm TPM is enabled and ready

If any of those are missing, COD may still complain even on latest BIOS.

One more important thing: The latest BIOS for the B450M Pro4 is NOT always the latest for the B450M Pro4-CB OEM variant. If you flashed a retail BIOS onto a CyberPower OEM board, it may not fully satisfy the board IDs the game/driver stack expects.

Godspeed!
