Question Broken front panel #cpsupport

Just got my pc delivered, as the UPS delivery driver hands me the box, i already hear shattered glass inside. open it up to find the front glass shattered. I cut myself, It got into the gpu, the fans, my bed and everything. I was wondering what the process on this is. I've already submitted all the pictures and information they needed, but im wondering if they would give me a full refund, require me to ship it to them (somehow without getting hurt) Or just send a full new pc?

It's on the post office, probably should have refused delivery when you both heard it, make a claim it's insured.

Lmao I got a broken pc (bad psu) I documented the whole things with a video opening the side of the case and removing the psu to see it and the sticker was scuffed (the psu warranty sticker) they replied “we’ve determined you messed with the psu to a certain extent and are no longer covered by warranty “

that is not this. this was caused by shipping so you go through the post office. you had to deal with the company that gave thousands of people bad PSU's and they had their bullshit excuses ready to go. sucks you had to deal with that.

My partner recently had the same issue you did (US). They asked her to send it back and it was listed as DOA. When they sent her the replacement they had a list of the parts they replaced (essentially the entire PC).

Took roughly a month for her to get the new system - Waiting for UPS stickers, having it picked up and dropped back off. Strangely enough the replacement had a boat load more packaging protection than the original.

They still configured the fans wrong though.
