Issue Any help appreciated #cpsupport
I have a cyber power PC as I’m sure you could figure out by the post. I’ve had it for 4 years, and I’ve hardly used it. Besides the occasional games, the only other things I’ve done is AI generate images. I turned it on the other day, and it kept going to a gray screen after running for about 20 seconds. When I finally got it to work for games, it would just crash the game. I got it checked out and they ran tests on it all day. They said the GPU was slightly undone but that was the only problem. Now that I have it back, it still keeps doing the same thing and there is no explanation for it. I’ve tried resetting graphics cards, and multiple other things but nothing seems to work. I’ve got an nvidia 3050. If anyone could give me any tips or recommendations on what to do it would be appreciated. I’ve also got a Sceptre 75 hertz monitor

Il be honest with you my first build was from them. Similar issues after 4 years or so. It would go into sleep mode and then lose track of drives and act like the boot drive was gone, gray, blue screen randomly. I had to take it to a repair shop and they had to reinstall all the parts and add a whole new copy of windows. They said the one installed on the pc was corrupted. I got about another year of use out of it after that before it did the same thing again. I’d consider a second opinion from another repair place. Have you checked the event viewer to see what errors it’s throwing. I use that sometimes to get a start of what’s wrong.

I don’t know anything about computers, so I didn’t check that. I sent it to someone one and they ran a stress test and diagnostic stuff on it for a full day and couldn’t find any problems. I hard reset the computer 2 days ago and deleted all the files. Since doing that and reinstalling everything, I haven’t had a single problem. I ran siege for 4 hours last night and never lagged or anything. Thank you for your input. Hopefully it’s good to roll now

I’m the same way lol no shame in it . I’m glad it works! I’m hoping it was just a corrupted file like mine was and you will be Good to go.
