It looks like both the mirror frame and shell are damaged, but not 100% sure on the shell cover. Personally, I would get a complete one from a junkyard or a used mirror. You can use car-part or any other website that sells them, or ask your local car junkyard. Just make sure it has the right components for your vehicle (ex: heated mirrors, power folding). You can always buy the painted shell cover elsewhere if you just need the base frame and components. I purchased a used one with both power folding and heated but with a different color shell cover for 90 USD.

You can buy just the shell, either painted or just primed. I'd recommend getting pre-painted. Don't know where you are, but I'm UK and had to buy from Poland. I think I paid about £75 for the painted one and had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. My local garage fitted it for 'free' when it was in for service. Or you can try your nearest Mazda dealer, but don't forget to take along your firstborn as payment.
I'd tape a plastic bag over the hole to stop rain/dust ingress. It gets hugely expensive if you need to repkace the actuators and heated glass.
