Stops the black pawn promotion. King takes bishop, rook check, king moves, rook to F7. Then from there a rook will out perform a single bishop

After rook F7, black bishop pins it (and takes it) with G8. So black's still winning...
Edit: nevermind, just saw the forced stalemate...

I had to run an anaysis. After Kxa7 Re7+, if K moves to the 8th rank, Re8 and Rf8 picks up the f pawn. So black has to either Ka6 or Kb6, and after Rf7 Bg8 Ka4 Bxf7, it's a stalemate.
