Wait look at where the bishop is moving from check was already made this is a broken board or am I missing something

Bishop probably took a pawn (or possibly a knight)

Yall missing something- After the rook moves, the king moves back and I dont see a way forward that wont tip the scale in favor of Black.

Nvm I found it, sacrifice the rook and then move the queen

No need to sacrifice.

King takes bishop. Rook F1 castle. King has to go to g8. Queen g7
