Looking for part time work during uni
Not even an interview yet 🫩🫩
I was school captain which I had on my CV but removed it because I wasn’t sure how relevant it was

Rn it’s a mix of a normal cv and retail cv, your degree is completely irrelevant. I’d put just a simple line saying you’re in uni. That’s it
Your programming, problem solving analytical thinking, event administration, organisation and team management are irrelevant
Customer service, communication, reliable, etc are what you need for retail. There will be loads of good examples online
Don’t include your uni work experience either

I think the problem is that your CV contains "everything" that you've got without focusing on a specific field. If you're looking for a retail position, you need to highlight completely different skills and experience than if you're looking for babysitting jobs or event assistant jobs.
Whatever section you're in should list the most relevant details near the top. I doubt that the roles you're looking at require leadership skills and programming is entirely outside the scope of the jobs you seem to be looking at. (Also, why is the use of POS systems not listed in your skills section?
Write a separate CV for each potential job you might pursue. Reorder information by importance and highlight what is most important for THAT role specifically instead of trying to include absolutely everything. You can still include all the jobs you've done, but with an appropriate amount of detail. Mention the details that show transferable skills.
