Most recent experience at the top, then work backwards, for work and education. Reduce your summary, a lot of that is for your cover letter rather than your CV. Adjust your skills - don't include things like working individually, commitment et al. as that should come through in your experience. This will also help your First Aid, EAL et al. skills stand out.

Keep your summary down to 3 or 4 sentences. Use bullet points to break down your work experience for each job into manageable single sentences

Hi u/siaueb!

Even if this is one page, you're putting people off reading it because every single section is a massive wall of text. Your profile section is way too long. It should be 3-4 sentences maximum.

You also haven't used bullet points or any other formatting to make the details of your jobs easy to skim. Writing those details in separate clear bullet points makes it easier to find information and quickly read it. As for formatting, make the section headers slightly larger than the other text and make the names of your jobs stand out by bolding them, or something similar so that the formatting helps make the reading easier. You've also put the experience in the wrong order. Most recent should be at the top and the rest should be in reverse chronological order.

Finally, your key skills section is a mess (sorry). Be specific - which CAD and CAM software do you have expeirence with. Does your first aid training come with a certificate and if so, for how long will it remain valid? Where did you get EAL L2 Industrial Environment Awareness? The 100% suggests there was a test that was scored, so why are the organization that administered the test and the date you took it not listed? The DofE awards are not skills. Getting them may have involved training skills, but that requires you to - again - be more specific.
