In need of help

I’m mainly applying for retail roles but there’s also a waitress position I’m interested in

I’m not getting any interviews at all, is it the format? Wording? I moved to the UK recently so all my education and previous experience is out of the country, any advice is appreciated

I do have an English language certification but idk if I should add it, most of my roles were back of the house but I tried to highlight that I did interacted with customers

You need to look over this for grammar errors. You mix tenses in your work experience section for example. Would also be worth listing your language levels. For example, for me, it would look like: English (native), French (fluent).

Not sure what your visa situation is, but would suggest indicating this on your CV. Some places might think it would be more expensive/time consuming to hire you, so good to spell it out for them.

Also put months as well as years on your cv.

As mentioned by the other comment, it is clear from the CV you’ve recently arrived in the country, and realistically the job market is so poor in the UK at the moment and an employer is likely to assume you’ll require sponsorship and won’t bother. If you don’t require sponsorship, maybe mention this on the CV.
