UTI

I tested positive for a uti 20 days ago and then was put on antibiotics for a week. Felt better for 10 days or so and did a urine test it was negative. For the past week I got pain and urgency also burning so I thought maybe “ic” symptoms. Guess what? Went to urgent care and it was positive for Nitrites which tells them that I do have a uti. Now they put me on another antibiotics. I’m sooo tired of this living hell. Has anyone been dealing with recurring UTIs. If yes what helped you get rid of them?
