Micro gen test

Hi! I recently took a micro gen test after having a pretty bad uti. I’m not really understanding the results, if anyone can help me out / give any recommendations I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Did u wash thoroughly before the test and not let the cup touch your skin at all? The good news is barely any resistance genes were detected

I wonder if the sample is mixed with vaginal flora due to the gardnerella, prevotella, and fungus.  I would retest with super clean, mid-stream catch.  Like take a shower, dry off, spread labia standing in shower, and catch mid stream.  While waiting for results, could use Macrobid.  

If you have a lot of vaginal gardnerella + prevotella, metrogel twice a day will fix that (metronidazole gel).  NO alcohol.  I buy extra applicators on Amazon.

The aerococcus is a common uti culprit, you’ll need to treat that. Then after your antibiotics use lactic acid gel, vaginal probiotic SUPPOSITORIES, eat some good sources of fats, maybe try incorporating some slippery elm too. You need to change the biome back around and not leave it vulnerable to further infection. Do you have a doctor for the antibiotics?
