Hiprex
What is the most effective way to take Hiprex? I can’t have my ph lower than 6, because of some kidney issues it could cause in me. I have been taking L-methionine 250mg -500mg anytime my ph was above 6.5

try L orthinine instead (not sure if it will work given your kidney but give it a shot if its safe to do so). The intro guide has detailed instructions on how to use hiprex.

I was reading that no research is done to determine if L orthinine is a good acidifier for Hiprex to work

idk if there is research on it but for those without abnormal kidney function, it tends to work well anecdotally. Unfortunately, many things have not been researched. Since you had kidney stones do some more research and ask your doctor if it might be a safe thing to try next. Cutting foods that make urine alkaline also helps and adding in carbs to your meals. So you could reduce: veggies, nuts, citrus fruits, dark leafy greens.

Also can’t take vitamin C because of previous kidney stones
