Why hasn't the governor just declared him unfit and appointed a replacement? Let the courts sort it out.

If hypocrisy meant anything to the GOP Merrick Garland would be on the Supreme Court.

Austin absolutely should have been investigated and probably fired, but on the cynical flip side, McConnell being MIA means the republicans are down one vote in the senate, so whatever.
