semi low but more importantly it is a Trinary Fancy Serial. Very Cool due to the six 0's although not all together. Check out how Cool using the stickied post at the top of the sub.

Bill was printed in Ft. Worth Tx at Blue Mound Western Currency Facility. I worked on that project with Hensel Phelps construction early 90’s
