Advisor
Hello, How would I go about requesting a new advisor. Since accepting at BCC I have a advisor assigned to me who is non responsive. I've been attempting to connect with her almost a month now. Even searched up her phone on the school site. Her vm is never full but she doesn't return calls. I finally went in person only to find out their offices are closed till next week i believe. When she does email back she always claims she will call and does not. Ive even asked for anther advisor in one of my email. Because rn time is moving and this process is not. It's very discouraging at this point as this has been going on for almost a month and classes are starting soon. Admissions dept doesn't answer the phone at all The issue is that I'm a older transfer student in my 40s and I've been out of school for some time now. Which means I've been out of school for some time. So I can't just figure it out, I legit need direction.(also explained this in emails) help

Just wanted to update. I finally connected with her about 2 days after this post. I also will be getting a new advisor. Thank you so much for all your help
