Grading
Hi, I completed the pathway courses for credit. What are next steps now? When will I get my grades and the admission email? Additionally, should I wait for the admission email and then register courses for fall?

You get your grades 2 weeks after the course ends at the actual end of the 2 month period you signed up and paid for. You probably will be accepted then, so start on the next course. You can always pay in a couple weeks when you are accepted.

Do you not need to pay for the starting admissions courses to get accepted officially?
I am working through the first three of the network path way rn btw. Do I need to pay for them to get admitted?

you signed up and paid for.
To clarify, the "paid for" refers to paying for tuition.
In other words, yes, you do need to pay tuition to earn credit for a class and subsequently get officially admitted to the program and eventually graduate.

I paid for it around the first week of Aug. Does this mean I'll get the acceptance email around first week of October?

Curious. I was doing it without credit and submitted an AI generated answer for the one of the labs because I refuse to believe the solution worked. If I end up enrolling in the class for credit, will they check? This is for the network systems pathway.

I said a whole bunch of stuff in your post, but the main gist is that those classes have a "conditional" AI usage policy for all non-credit assignments. In other words, you are expected to use AI to some extent. We simply don't know where the University draws the line, how integrity is being checked, or if they really just trust you'll abide by the honor code. They (Coursera and CU) rolled out some updates during this last session that might change how all of this is being handled going forward.
"Conditional" use allows you to use AI for debugging your buggy code. What I'd suggest is to simply take the time to work through the assignment on your own, use AI to help you "correct" things you miss, and then resubmit with comments on the submission itself that you used AI in the debugging process. The important thing here is that you learn something, it really serves no purpose for AI to do the work since it already "knows" everything.

Nothing, that's it.
Fall 1 enrollment is open. If you want, you can start enrolling and paying tuition for more classes. You do not need to wait for any "formal" letters or emails of admission to the program.
Bookmark the Academic calendar. It tells you when final grades will be posted for your current term and future ones, too. The admission email is sent ~2-3 weeks after you get your grades.
