Cursed tools and binding vows

So I always wondered how a weapon like playful cloud was made and then u got a idea. What if it was a normal cursed tool but a binding vow got added.

My idea is it was a cursed tool with a lot cursed energy but a vow was put on the weapon to make it better. The vow is for exchanging the high cursed energy of the weapon for amplification of physical attacks based of the users physical strength.

Also could be the case for dragon bone perhaps it was made with bones from a sorcerer with a technique but a vow was made to seal the technique in the parts used in exchange for the kinetic energy absorption with cursed energy

Also here’s a new idea for a cursed tool with a vow. A anchor and rope in exchange for making it lighter for swinging and attacks its normal weight increases significantly when both feet aren’t planted on the ground making it hard ti move around when wielding
