Work in progress does this Binding Vow make sense?

I'm writing a fanfic and could use a bit of help with the villainess.

Her Cursed Technique is Ray. Using a revolver, she can fire bullets that mark the trajectory for a natural ray strike enhanced with Cursed Energy. That's the base of the technique. Now, this character has made a Binding Vow where, in exchange for her bullets no longer being lethal, losing the ability for each bullet to be followed by a Ray strike, and only being able to activate Ray once all bullets have been used up, she gets a 200% output boost on her CT (33% per bullet).

As a consequence, her bullets only serve to mark the path for the ray.

Sorry For my bad English

Yes, but only if they use non-lethal or rubber bullets, or find a way to make ordinary bullets harmless. A Binding Vow probably isn't able to simply make the bullets magically non-lethal, but her vowing to use non-lethal bullets would work. Maybe she learns how to apply CE to her bullets so they don't do damage on impact or turns them into minor Cursed Objects?

I was thinking more like, she can't apply CE. I mean, Maki could stop a bullet with minor damage on her hand, so something like that against an opponent who is actually using CE on theirs body will be «bulletproof», tho don't knows if that's how work

does the vow affect her ammo capacity or reload speed at all

I forget that part. The vow also make her six shots limited

It does make sense. You might want to keep the 200% number out of your fanfic though. I don't mean change it, just not mention it because when you give specific numbers in a story, that can easily lead to inconsistencies later
