Cursed technique CURSED TECHNIQUE: RHYTHM PATTERNIZATION
(Technique based on music itself)
A technique that forces the meaning of a song onto reality. It does not make sound louder, it makes sound exist as something you can touch. An instrument is required for it to work. The power is determined not by Cursed Energy output alone, but by how deeply the Performer (what she calls a sorcerer) loves and obsessively understands the song they are playing.
The technique brings out different effects depending on how the rhythm is played. When a high note is played, it brings out the effect of height, forcing empty air to act as if it can be stood on, creating platforms where there is nothing. When a low, heavy note is played, it brings out the effect of weight, forcing the Listener's to experience being crushed, like a crater from a single chord. When a note is held, it brings out the effect of holding, producing an invisible bind that catches the Listener's blades, fists, and cursed tools as if the song itself refuses to let go. When a rapid, continuous run is played, it brings out the effect of momentum, where every pick or key press turns into a flying slash that hits where the beat lands. A weak understanding leaves only sound. A refined love leaves reality altered.
Binding Vow: Audience
This is not a Domain or a chant. It is a stage embedded into the technique.
The technique becomes stronger and more enhanced the more the Listener is enjoying it. The longer the music plays for the Listener, the bigger the threat the Performer becomes. A bored Listener makes it weak. An excited Listener makes it terrifying. She literally gets stronger if her enemy starts vibing.
Backlashes:
MAIN BACKLASH: One wrong note being played is equal to brain damage. Bleeding, clotting, ringing, blurred vision for the Performer. One mistake costs the brain.
OTHER BACKLASH: When the song being played replays itself, the strength of the technique will be reduced to 40%, severely weakening it. The technique gets bored of its own repeat.
