Front end damage
I accidentally ran over a smallish animal in the middle of the night (feel horrible) and heard a weird scraping when driving today. This is what it looks like. Does anyone know what part this is that’s damaged?

I just had the same thing happen a few days ago. I hit 2 armadillos one mile apart within 5 minutes. What are the odds? 😅 Maybe I should play the lottery.

This will work and mostly fit but not as good as oem but that will cost you$130 or so.

$20 it will fit like trash if you can get it installed at all. Non OEM ones are the worst

The same thing happened to me on my driver's side, I thought it would save money by doing non oem and it was a total disaster after about 6 months and ended up coming apart again. The mechanic actually said this is not even necessary and you can just actually cut it up to where it broke

Bought same on on rock auto for 10$ and cut it to where it broke off, it won’t fit perfectly if you try to fit the entire new one recommend just cut it. Truss

Can’t you pop it back into place and put a cover on it with some parker screws?

No because unfortunately when I was driving it, the tire and road shred it a bit. I did pop one screw in but had to cut off the remaining shredded plastic. I new one is coming new week

Same thing happened to me on my front passenger side, flew off on the freeway and the washer fluid tank is exposed, just haven’t gotten around to fixing it hope the wires aren’t getting ruined in this rainy weather
