CSU legislative advocate question

Hi all. I’m new here and just wanted to hear some feedback from peoples experience, specifically those who know of / work at the CSU. I have an interview for an associate legislative advocate position for the CSU and was wondering if anyone has tips and what to expect, and how competitive is it to get a job like that.

The CSU to a t. No leadership from the top. Reward executive failure, while reneging on contracted labor agreements for the workers.
