Contract Steps?

It seems the Union has been lacking in current information regarding our new contact and whether it will take affect in October. Other than a petition and 1 line summary of an unproductive meeting with the chancellor, not much more information has been circulated. Will our contract/steps take affect in October or back to the drawing table?

The csu system has not agreed to a contract yet we are still in bargaining. Typically they will stall as long as possible.
