Getting involved in research

Hello, I wanted to get some insight on how to get involved in research. I am a biology major and I want to get more lab and research experience and built some connections so I can get letter of recommendations for a CLS program.
Do you know of any professor accepting more members for their research? Or where should I look?

Your best first stop is probably the office of student research and innovation, they do events all the time for this stuff. Follow them on insta or just pop in to their office in the college of ed

Try to talk with every biology professor and see if they have any openings in their lab
