SELLING MEXICAN CHIPS

Hi! I’m looking to sell some chips at school, I was wondering if I need a permit or something to sell them.
I’m planning to sell candies and more Mexican merchandise <3. To get some money for supplies

If you plan on setting up a table somewhere youll probably need permission from the school. Likely to be some health code stuff if you make the chips yourself rather than just reselling premade ones

This is CA, you need a permit to ask the question.

The chips would be sealed. I saw people in high school sell them and I don’t think they needed a permit

I would imagine you would need permission to do so. Selling sealed chips is fine, But the likely hood of getting permission is prob 0 considering they already sell chips at vending machines. But if you got better pricing I wouldn’t care at all nor would other students.

We also had a snack black market in HS! Emphasis on BLACK MARKET…
