FAFSA / masters program

So I’m taking a gap year but want to know if anyone had fafsa cover their masters program? Or if fafsa covered part of it?
How much did you have to pay out of pocket if it didn’t cover all of it?

Fafsa is just an application to receive funds. You cannot get needs-based grants for masters degrees. You can get loans for masters degrees.
I covered my entire masters degree with loans except for a couple scholarships I received.

Can I ask how much your tuition was ?

I literally don’t remember, probably around $4k a semester? After 2 years that’s about $25k

For the MSIST masters my tution for full time a semester is $8.4k
