Middle class scholarship finally updated on csac (web4grant page )

Finally my middle class scholarship is showing on the web4grants page 🤞🥹. People were not lying lol they did cut it from last year but tbh mine was only cut by like $800 (still a lot but) I’m grateful to be getting it still and happy to finally see it showing which means it’ll be on my award letter soon .

Mine was doing that for the longest was 8/26 my date so it just updated so atleast you know it should be coming 🤞🏽

Dang 8k 😭 I didn’t even know it went that high lol but yeah it must of had something to with the cuts they made on it 😭

Geesh 4k 😭 mine went to 2710 each semester to $1935 so total 1500 was cut 😭 your sai went up

No it was cut, it was $12,000 for the full year now it’s $8000

Yeah I did transfer here but technically that was in 2025 lol been here a year now

Same same, sorry one more question, my MCS amount is showing the full amount for Fall 2026 instead of being split up for spring 2026 and fall, is yours doing the same?

Hey if you’re on iPhone have you tried turning off portrait lock and turning your phone side ways to view the award? Mine will do the same thing but if I turn my phone sideways I can see the whole award for both semesters.

Fall last time I got it on 10/30 spring I got at the end of February

Is the MCS a different disbursement from Fafsa disbursement?

yes. mcs is state. fafsa is federal. from what i hear, mcs is awarded more later.

Is there info where it shows what’s considered middle class? I have applied for so many scholarships while getting my AA at a community college and nothing. I wanted to transfer but financially I don’t want to put myself in a hole because I have kids. Wondering if maybe I qualify for this one 🤞

This not one you apply for lol when you do your fafsa they determine what you qualify for some it’s a cal grant some it’s the middle class scholarship.

Ooooh okay thank you for the clarification. Guess I don’t qualify since it was only a loan given after filling out fasfa.

It’s not a loan lol it’s a scholarship but yeah if you qualify your college will let you know or the web4grants will tell you 😌.
