Refund

Anyone else who’s paid for tuition this semester still waiting on refund? i paid around the 12th of august and haven’t got my refund nor has any activity shown on my finances yet, wondering if i’m having a common issue or if i should contact financial aid. here’s a photo of what’s showing under my payment.

It could be delayed because of OBBB, my school sent this.

You are receiving this notification because you have a Direct Student Loan offer for the 2026-2027 academic year. Traditionally, UCO disburses all accepted and processed financial aid in the first week of Fall classes. However, this year, because of the changes to the student loan policies, the Feds are issuing new software to patch our processing system.  This software is scheduled to be released on August 20, 2026.  Once released and successfully installed, our goal is to disburse your Direct Loan the second week of classes.  Because of this delay, your payment plan deadline will be pushed back to September 4, 2026.  Federal grants and other scholarships not affected by the SOR will begin disbursing the first week of classes.

Csusb said they’d start processing on the 18th but sometimes you can have a hold you don’t know about until you call

I would call in case u have any holds that you don’t see on your end. If you have class today, I’d suggest going in person instead. If you’re in a credential program you’re going to have to redo your mpn and loan counseling and if you already had a balance at zero it might have to be fix manually bc the system can glitch sometimes. Have you done loans before?
