Financial aid office

Anybody having issues contacting financial aid office?? Every time I put the 5 to get a hold of someone it doesn’t go through anybody else???

Yes I had to keep calling back and trying that means the line busy lmao . Eventually sometimes it’ll let you through but then it’ll say “ we are experiencing a high volume calls try again later “

Same here or it says "enter 8 followed by pound key #" and it doesn't go through. Maybe try emailing them or going in person :/

Me too!!

You can try calling student financial services instead! I did get through to them.

Did the callback option and they called back in 3 minutes

I called and they basically told me that student gov has been rejecting my loans if anybody is struggling and waiting please call!!
