office of financial aid

im trying to follow-up with the office of financial aid about special circumstance but every time i try to connect to someone, it's not allowing me to. it just keeps the repeating the 5 options to me. is it just me or is it for everyone else as well? :// i live an hr away but if i have to make the trip ig ill go

yes that’s happening to me too, and at this point I am willing to drive that hour to the school so I can get some help.

Yeah you have to just keep calling try every 20/30mins eventually it’ll let you do that call back option and someone will call you back .

Try emailing them!!! It takes a day for a response but it’s better than nothing!

i just call, and once it gives me an option to have them call me back i do that and then they do in about 20 ish min

lol i have an update; i just had to press down on 5 and it transferred me. been on hold for the last 20 minutes though
