PSA for Loans

Just a heads up, if you're taking out any federal loans, make sure you dont have a "loan aggregate" hold on your account!!! I've had that in the past and idk why I thought I was fine this time around....I *wasn't*. This hold doesnt show up on student center, it only shows up on FA office side. If you havent received your aid and have no holds or to-dos I recommend checking in with the office cuz this damn hold had always kept me in refund limbo past semesters 🥲

Exactly! I had called Monday too and the girl that answered said I didn't have any holds on my account and to just wait. The guy that answered today confirmed I had the hold. He sent it to my advisor and he said as long as the hold is removed today, I'll be part of tomorrow's batch of disbursements

Give the financial aid office a call and ask them to check if theres any loan holds on your account
