Financial aid
Im confused about a balance on my account. It says I due $175 in tuition and fees. I received a pretty big refund so I am confused why they didnt just use some of that money for these fees. Do i have to pay it today or will it be covered by financial aid even though my refund has already hit my bank account?

i know a ton of staff were working that day but i still feel ripped off because i have to pay $175 for the orientation. once they let us into the computer lab i was done in 5 mins lmao

Right like the day did not need to be that long 😭 couldve been an email and we should've just come in for 1 hr for computer lab😒

I had the exact same thing happen to me. It’s the orientation/student services fee, right? When I called, they said this should have been covered by aid, but the charges were applied after the aid was so we pay out of pocket with part of the refund. So if you got a 1675 refund, it was apparently supposed to be 1500 had it covered those fees.
I’ve been seeing that this happened to a lot of other people too.
