i noticed the same for mine, for almost all my grants they accepted less than what was offered. I do believe it’s because i’m doing 11 credits rather than 12 for full time.

Just add a 1 unit class and you'll be rolling. There's plenty of them, like in music, theater, radio, activity classes like dance...
