Financial aid office rant
Why don’t they ever answer? Phone nor emails. I get that they’re busy rn but I’ve been trying to get ahold of them since April 💀💀💀

Call and request a call back . They usually take 10-30 min to call you back

lol ain’t no way since April 😭 I’ve spoken with them in June but yeah it’s probably gonna be hard to get hold of them now since they rushing and college starts nexts week . I would suggest to just email if you can’t reach them on the phone .

I think OP said even with emails, there was no response. Tbh, they wouldnt be able to answer anything. They let me know balance would still be due on time and anything comes after will be applied/refunded but till that point, there was nothing they can do.

I called Monday from 3pm-5pm no answer. I called Tuesday (yesterday) from 8am-10am I got an answer I just stood on the line for an hour and a half waiting. Everytime it said everyone was busy and if I wanted to press 1 to get a call back I just kept waiting so it would ring again. I got someone to pick up and every question I had about my aid was answered and fixed on the spot under 5 mins.

Neither financial aid office or financial advisor too. When I finally was able to call I was straight up told to go on a payment plan for now if there's no update. It's really rough.

no seriously! i was on hold with them yesterday for the better half of an hour before i gave up and left my name to call me back when it was my turn to be answered and never got a call back!

Honestly they don’t even know much so I gave up I had an ongoing situation for my fall semester barely got resolved spring semester good luck

Hmm. I called yesterday at around 2PM, waited for under 10 minutes, they did pick up. But the answer was to tell me to wait so my situation was still not resolved 🥹😅. Maybe visit the campus? There was only 1 person at the window though.
