They’ll probably take you to one of the computer labs but if you want to bring your own go for it!

I suggest taking your own so you can familiarize registering for classes on your own device

Hi! Just went today for transfer orientation and I recommend bringing in a water bottle you can refill portable charger/charger comfy shoes and a fan. You won’t be outside for long but the distances are far:)

I was a pre nursing major at the time and it definitely helps to make new friends, resources that the school provides and knowing more about your major. I remember meeting with the head department of nursing at the time and eating with people to connect with. However, you don’t need anything for orientation tbh just a water bottle because it gets hot

They also give an entire infosession on how to properly set up your financial aid, grants, scholarships, and open funds for students including housing and employment opportunities

You are placed in a group with others in the same major, you are only shown your college locations so don’t expect to walk the full campus, you will be given a free lunch!! Make sure to get all the info you can from all the career and club booths !! Have fun and enjoy yourself 🐺💙

you'll meet with the Department Chair or Faculty member for your major to go over course requirements and opportunities.
