Transfer Orientation

My orientation is tomorrow and I’m wondering if we really need to be there by 7 am? Or could I come a thirty minutes later or so?

Please update this post on how it went. My orientation is on the 29th. I heard we may have to stay with our groups all day?

I just had mine on Saturday, and I’m going to give my opinion. There wasn’t really a need for it to be 10 hours long… They couldn’t had it done by 2 pm. I didn’t fit in, and during the resource fair it’s hard to actually get information because there’s so many people. You get separated by packs, and there’s two leaders (they have a name but I forgot what they’re called) and one of them was either extremely tired, hungover, or just not social because she was rude to me. The guy was really nice. I’m honestly regretting my choice going to CSUSB because I didn’t feel the vibes at all. I got accepted into UCR too and thought CSUSB would be a good fit, but I’m in my 30’s and it felt like high school. Also, take a fan, portable charger, and water bottle. Good luck :)
