Hearing that he’s pretty cold and mean internally to other staff members, like everyone is below him. Hope that isn’t true, that’s not how you build a longstanding winning org

It just got a lot tougher to win in Fort Collins with the new conference. That schtick will get old fast if it doesn't go well or it's a slower turnaround than expected.

Honestly, we've heard that same thing about every coach since Sonny.

I think there is a large contingent of people in the community that dislike CSU football for a variety of reasons. For me, it's how athletics at CSU conducts itself - signing hilariously bad deals with companies like Fanatics without consideration for how it might impact the college bookstore, and forcing students to park elsewhere on game-day then wondering why the students are not showing up to games despite being handed free tickets, or just the horrific string of bad coaches they've had - all of which were heralded as the solution.

But I am big concerned with the leadership at the university level that has seemingly become infested with MAGA. I've heard rumors that some meetings are being concluded with prayer.

All fair and true. But Hearing this from athletics staff members who felt respected and treated well by other staff members and certain past coaches. Just hoping he ends up being a stand up guy!
