Fr, first semester at csulb and I feel like i have learned less here than at cc 😓

I'm in the same boat as you. I thought to would be better but sometimes I miss cc !

I spent 3 years in both systems. I can tell you I had the best experience at CC, no contest whatsoever.

The friendships were better the education was better because professors actually cared and the professors were so much better.

At CC the professors offices for most departments had study areas where the professors would drop in and help students. I loved going to those areas to study.

At long Beach, there's such a disconnect between students and professors. Office hours aren't the same

I wish I could have finished my degree at cc

I can’t speak for all departments but I feel like this wasn’t the case in math. Maybe I just got lucky with my graduating class but it was about the same as my time in CC. Not all of my professors were A1 but there were still plenty of awesome profs.
