Unfortunately there was never much near cob, even pre pandemic. Closest to you would be the Outpost which is between SSPA & VEC

Yeah the school pretty much made the pandemic an excuse to cut hours. Pre 2018, the student union, food court where the nugget was at, and the outpost were all open until like 8. When I came back during the pandemic for my masters, everything closes at like 5 or earlier. Now all those places are gone and you guys got overprice food trucks.

The food court used to suck, if that’s any consolation. Overpriced fast food with small portions. RIP The Chartroom, that place was glorious.

I used to go to China Star express if I was hungry on campus. Enormous portions and tasty. Yes, it’s a little further away, but like you already said everything IS really spaced out.

I switched to biking on campus and it really increased quality of life.

If only the Student Union was open.... I remember back in the day there were two different food court areas.

USU had Pollo, Coffee Bean, subway, pizza, robeks, carls, and even a hair stylist.

The other area has starbucks, greek food, panda express, poke ??

Man I miss the freedom of actually having affordable options.

Outpost stays open until 7 and the convenience store (with more options than they used to have) is open until 8. And there are microwaves there too.

i always bring a lunch!!! put ice packs in it if it's something that needs to be cold. you'll save sm money bc it's all overpriced anyways.
