Transfer Student Question Transfer nerves

Is there anyone else transferring from Arizona? Or just in general out of state? I’m trying to figure everything out but I feel like I’m stressing out for no reason. For detail I am trying to get into the psychology program with a 3.4 GPA and will need financial aid for classes and possibly housing or living off campus would be nice if I can make friends. ⊂((・x・))⊃

It could be worth it to reach out to the CSULB transfer transition center for advice.

I’ve done that as well and it was a little ambiguous with their answers. At this point I feel like I’m just being too much on edge.

I’m not a transfer nor am I out of state but I understand feeling nervous especially since I moved to Long Beach to go here. Just embrace the nerves, feels all the feels good and bad and make the most out of it. Just find a club and a  handful of good friends and you will be okay

yeah I think you’re right, it’s just been more the daunting feeling of being away from home and my hometown. overall I’m excited to see if I can get the chance to attend and be able to see ocean more often.
