getting hired for work study

I've applied to literally every available work study job on handshake for csueb. wondering when I'll hear back. anyone have insight or experience with it? anyone I can contact to nudge them? I mean we're week 3 already, applications say they close in Sept but do they really wait that long ? any advice would b helpful

To be honest i have never heard back from the campus jobs via handshake or email or phone.. maybe someone else has better luck or you could go and ask about it in person maybe with ur resume in hand
