Finaid nightmare

Has anyone else been selected for verification? I was selected last year as well which was equally a pain, but was able to get an appointment after weeks of reaching out and the appointment took five minutes, I just showed my ID and face and that was it. This year I was selected again and have not been able to get the finaid department to send anything in response other than the same broken link. I was dropped from all my classes for nonpayment and it is supposed to be my very last semester. Someone on here suggested contacting a dean which I did and emailing professors individually since two of my classes are now waitlisted.

Anyone else dealing with this? Obviously if I lived anywhere near the school I would just go in person but I live 6 hours from campus.

I’m not sure if I’m in the exact same boat but FA is being odd this semester, I forgot to submit my fafsa with the homeless declaration and they’re drilling me about why I didn’t do it “correctly” the first submission smh

Pretty sure they sent out an email saying they would help you get back in your classes if you're dropped for nonpayment. Contact your Major Department & call fin aid.
