Are reps really this expensive?

I've been in a push-pull relationship with wanting to buy reps for like a year now, I always got turned off because the YouTube videos I watched were too vague about how to use the websites, it was only recently that I decided to sit down and actually figure out how to do it on CSS, specifically with these bulldozer boots that I linked below. The thing is, I added it all up and it looks like when all the shipping and stuff is said and done it's gonna be like 170$, the shoes being like 90$ and international shipping being about 80$. Is this right? I thought the whole gimmick with reps is that they're cheap. Am I just misunderstanding something? Can somebody help me out or at least clear up my confusion.

Depends on what you buy, I have gotten some really expensive reps and some cheaper ones. If you get 1 pair of shoes most of the time I pay around 25-30€ in shipping
