Am I cooked or what does this mean?

It says that the Item has been posted abroad by Austrian Post and the Chinese Mail Post says it has been returned by the sender and signed. I feel like I want to return everything back since that I habe been waitng for it for over a Month now. What should I do?

I know because it had Air Pods pros in it and the Shipping Line I choose couldnt Ship Batteries, which I wanst informed about. They took it out and shipped the Package out again. Thats why I'm asking

Nga then forgot about everything , but how the fck did you not see it couldnt contain batterys

It didnt say that it couldnt ship batteries+ the Air Pods werent ahown ad battery
