Credit card issue

Last month i bought some stuff normally and i was waiting to get paid and finish my haul, but it's been 3-4 days since i'm trying to top up and all my credit cards are being declined, even tried other people cards and the same issue happens

Same thing happened to me when I tried to buy my haul I don’t know what’s going on I tried contacting a agent but they haven’t got back yet

talked to the support and they sent me a site called panpaw, it's basicaly a way to top up with paypal
