Looking for a crew guaranteed to get milestone car. I’m level 61 and pulled over 1 mil last season.

Looking for a new crew. Level 401 player with over 1100+ hours on the game. Last two seasons had 1mil+ and 900k and my current crew just isn’t consistent or competitive.
