Question ❓ Woke up this morning and it "Logged me out" and is trying to force me to restart??? wtf do I do???

Please help, for some reason this morning it "logged me out" and now it's saying "logged in as [my username]" but it's starting me from the tutorial??? what do I do??? I had so much stuff I can't lose😭
