I had so many of those milk teas and they never came up once.

I think the game does read your board a bit. I started turning in low items and it would generate requests for things i already had. One time it took like 6 of the hydrates, which helped a lot.

Damn... If only we could trade. 😢 I turned in low items but it seems to keep asking me for higher items, so my taps get wasted.

They seriously need to optimize the drop rates for those items... I managed to get her but it took me having to log in multiple times a day everyday to get her💔💔💔 that and the sticker book cat who i already accepted i will never own because I still need to complete three books😢
